I have many years of experience as an industry instructor, creating new and bespoke courses for companies and delivering courses, for owners, managers and all staff. Having worked with the Removals Training Standards Authority (RTSA) and other instructors, developing and creating a multitude of courses for the removals industry: to standardise the courses across the industry; working towards standardising the courses across the industry in the UK.
The courses are specially designed to encourage participation among attendees. I cater to a wide spectrum of learners, from newcomers to the Removals industry seeking to gain a comprehensive grasp of industry expectations, skills and confidence to seasoned professionals honing their abilities and embracing new competencies.
Additionally, I have worked with general haulage companies, developing and delivering training courses exclusively tailored to their unique needs. This has included assessing driver’s understanding and abilities, ensuring they meet the requirements of the law and the operator.
The courses can help operators who aim for best practice and demonstrate they are doing what they can to ensure safety of their drivers and the public.
